Username all alpha numeric characters

A while back, I signed up for a family plan.  When I went to sign up my daughter, I noticed the username is all alpha numeric characters.  A bit of research suggests the username can be automatically generated if using a Facebook account.  To my knowledge, she has not signed up with one.  Is there a way to correct this?

I previously posted about this but was asked for a screenshot.  I'm a bit hesitant to do that in such a public forum.

What you read about an account being used by FB login turning into a username based numbers is the only way the account username will turn to one.

 You can use this help page To check which and how you got registered to Spotify and if you have any other account listed.

In addition, i'd storngly suggest you read this help article about this issue you're having.
