Username became just random letters and numbers

My Question or Issue

 My account is linked to Facebook and two weeks ago my account name became a bunch of numbers and letters.

This has happened before and it's been solved by loggin out and in again.

My Facebook account is still active and never been inactive.

I've tried reinstalling the app on every platform, removing my Facebook account link and linking it again, but it doesn't work.

Hey @mcrvaz!

Sounds like you might have opted out of sharing your data with Facebook. You can check this on your account page here.
You should also make sure that on Facebook's end here, Spotify has to be allowed to have access to personal data.
