Username is different from display name

Hi,

My username is different from my display name. I think this was due to the fact that it somehow linked to Facebook but I don't have that enabled.

I want my display name to be the same as username - how can I do this.

Username is TalkAboutPopMusic.net and display name is Steve McPherson. Help!

Hey @PopAndTalk,

You can do this by disconneting your Facebook account from your Spotify account 🙂

Just follow the steps:

1. In the top-right corner of the desktop app, click  > Settings. 
2. Under Social, click DISCONNECT FROM FACEBOOK. 
3. Done! Please note that it may take a few days for Spotify to update everything.

Thanks but it's always been disconnected from Facebook so that's not what's causing it 😞
