Spotify first claimed i have an inactive email address after nearly 3 years, then stops me from using entirely... Payment has been taken from me of course!
Username or password is incorrect (Error code: 3).
I haven't changed jack up until now!...
So i can't even log in to achieve any different outcome.
How about just leave my account be.... let me use it flawlessly, as i have been a faithful customer for nearly 3 years and i will be so for many more to come if this garbage doesn't happen again.
If this is a test to see what crap your customers will put up with and how little service you need to provide, then i will be promptly moving onto Deezer.
I will measure this based on the customer service provided.

The solution for this problem is below:
Go to spotify.com/account, you will see all the information about your account, here in the Profile, you will see your username: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Copy that username and use your password, and log in to table/PC/smartphone whatever, you won't get the error again.
