Username with numbers

Hello, i prefer to pay for my premium subscription trough the phone company Halebop and when i do that they require the username with numbers, that havent been a problem untill a few days ago when i noticed that you have changed your site, so i cant find the username with numbers anywhere. Where can i find it?
