Using Spotify for business - FB closed account, need to free up old username for new account.

My business has a spotify account. It was linked to a facebook. The facebook page was deactivated by facebook because it was a business using a personal profile.

Now, I need to either regain access to my Spotify account, or I need to close the old account so that the username is free again. Note: I can't just reactivate facebook because it was deactivated by Facebook itself. Please help ASAP, we use Spotify for business purposes. 

As of now, I can't login to either facebook or Spotify, and I can't create a new account because the username (our business name, which we *need* to use) is taken - by us. 

Please help?
