Using Spotify without Facebook.

I would like to continue to use Spotify, I pay for premium subscription.
I would like to log on using my email and password, but it keep reactivatingny Facebook account which I don't want.

I do not want to create a new account. Surely Spotify can disconnect the association between the both and allow me to continue to use Spotify. After all I do pay a monthly subscription I deserve to use it.

Unfortunately, that's not possible but you can create a new account and get all your stuff transferred over.
