Using family plan abroad

My Question or Issue

 I am a member of a family plan in Brazil but I am currently in Germany and I could not use Spotify. So, I read that I should change the country in order to be able to use it. I did it. But now the freaking thing is in German (which I have not even a clue) and it says that I have a free plan and it is not true because my brother and I pay for our family plan. I just want to use it while I am here. What should I do?

Quem é o Administrador do plano, vc ou seu irmão? A conta dele está funcionando normalmente? Há outros membros?
