Using my account in a different country

Hello everyone 

I used to live in Netherlands and I made an account there, I recently moved to Aruba and I can't login to the app. When i try to sign in it says "Enjoying your trip? To listen abroad for more than 14 days, tell us where you are at spotify.com". I went to the site but it wont let me change the location:(  and I can't seem to create a new account either. 

Can someone please help me

Hi @MFXV, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

If your account was created on a different country, you can only use it abroad for only 14 days with the Free service. However, if you subscribe to the Premium service with a payment method from the Netherlands, you won't have any problems to use your account outside the country.

 

Now, at the moment it's not possible to create a new account from Aruba since our service is not available for that country.
