Using spotify overseas

I have Spotify premium. I am travelling to Europe (from Australia) for 7 weeks. Where do I find an explanation of what I can and can't do to listen to music?

Can I listen to music in my library that I have downloaded onto my phone at any time when I am travelling?

1. Since you have Premium, you can use Spotify anywhere in the world for as long as you like. Your country setting doesn't change, so the same content is available to you - There won't be any changes.
2. Yes, as long as you go online every 30 days.
