VERY URGENT: PLEASE HELP SO SICK OF THIS RUBBISH COMPANY

Here's the situation:

As of this morning someone seemingly hacked/got access to my Spotify. They've changed the password and I can't get in. I did a password reset.

HOWEVER, I've had my account for ages, and for whatever reason the mail.com address I used to sign up isn't being recognised any more (whether this is related I don't know).

HOW DO I CANCEL ALL PAYMENTS FOR MY PREMIUM ACCOUNT WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO LOGIN? I AM DONE WITH SPOTIFY YOU PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND HAVE CAUSED NOTHING BUT TROUBLE.

Please respond ASAP I am VERY concerned about my bank details being stolen because of your crappy security.

AND OH MY JESUS F****ING CHRIST STOP MAKING ME DO 5,0000000 CAPTCHAS JUST TO POST A MESSAGE IT IS VERY ANNOYING!!!!! i AM SO FURIOUS AT THIS SH*TBOX COMPANY RIGHT NOW!!!
