VODAFONE TURKEY+SPOTIFY

VODAFONE TURKEY+SPOTIFY

Hi,
I was using an activated promotion from Vodafone spotify premium; Since yesterday my account was premium and suddenly premium account validiation has been failled. I spoke with customer support team Vodafone Turkey to help me to fix it but they told me to there's nothing to deal with. They say i have a valid premium account facility through them and they say the problem comes through Spotify, need to speak with you. That's why I am reaching you out.

I think there is a problem with Spotify Turkey. May you contact me to see what happened to my suscribtion, please?

Thank you.

Hey @MEHTAP,

Since your subscription is managed through Vodafone, I'd recommend reaching out to them again so they can take one more look at this.

Thanks!

Vodafone TR says that Spotify has problem on your account and responsible who can solve this issue. They can not help me out.

If you're seeing Free but Vodafone have confirmed you should be seeing Premium, I'd recommend checking out this article: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_help/do-i-have-an-additional-account/. It's possible you have two accounts, and you're logging into a Free one!

If that doesn't help however, let me know and i'll keep on helping 🙂

Thanks Maxim :)) I have only one account which is loggin in by facebook. I have followed the process in the link and even i have reset my password with my email id. Still not showing premium account. What should I do?
I called the Vodafone again, they say the problem is from Spotify, nothing do with Vodafone TR.

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so that they can take a look at this issue as well 🙂

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
