Hej!

Jag har problem med att logga in i Spotify-appen på telefonen. Felmeddelandet säger att "kombinationen av e-post och lösenord är fel". Har provat flera gånger. Däremot funkar inloggningen utan problem när jag loggar in via en webbläsare i datorn.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out! I hope you don't mind me replying in English, as it's the official language here.

 

Could you try connecting to a different WiFi network / switching to Mobile data and check if you'd be able to log in then? Make sure that Spotify is allowed to access your WiFi and Mobile data.

 

In case the issue persists, try clearing the app's cache and data from your phone's Settings > Apps > Spotify to see if that does the trick. If it doesn't, it's worth resetting your password by following the steps in this article.
