Verifying family subscription address

Hi,

I've had a family premium account for about a year, and sudennly all the members were deleted (except one). I tried to reeinvite them but it only worked with one of them. With my partner, it didn't work. We entered the same address in which we both live and we still got the message that her account was unable to be verified. Would you please help? My account (which is the main account) is a facebook acocunt, my email is d******@hotmail.com.
Her account is with Facebook too and the email is a********@hotmail.com

Hola @AnaeliPH86,

 

Envia la invitacion a los otros usuarios, haciendo clic en INVITAR MEDIANTE UN ENLACE y enviandoles manualmente el link (al correo que hayan utilizado para crear su cuenta). Para que acepten tu invitacion, deben estar conectados a Spotify usando su propio nombre de usuario / contraseña en el navegador y en la aplicacion.

 

Deben estar seguros de utilizar la misma red wifi del domicilio regularmente. Si no lo hacen, es probable que esa sea la razon por la que ya no formen parte de tu plan familiar.
