I haven't used this account in weeks, maybe months, and I was charged $10.49 for another month of subscription to this service and I didn't even know it until I checked my bank statement. I don't have that much money as it is so it's very frustrating to lose $10.49 on something I don't even use anymore. I fully intent on renewing my subscription in the future but as of right now I cannot afford it and I feel as if $10.49 was stolen from me by this service. Is there anyway I can be reimbursed my $10.49?
