I got the same problem here. Got an mail that said my email hade been changed and after that i have no access to my Spotify account.
I can't use the contact thing on the webpage because when i do Spotify contact's the one who changed my emailadress (his adress).
Thursday i emailed spotify at: account-details-changed@spotify.com and still no answer. That is kind of crappy support since i am a paying customer.
Problem is it will probably not help complaining aboit here either. ๐
The longer i continue to wait, the worse it will be.

Message them here, on facebook. Took a day, I had to have an additional e-mail and provide them with proof that it was my account, but now I can log on to spotify as usual ๐
