Video play for non-US users

I am a user in Hong Kong and I can hardly listen to curated playlists anymore because they are becoming more and more full of videos that are not available to be played in Hong Kong. The problem is that rather than just skip the video, Spotify stops playing. An auto-skip feature for unavailable media would easily solve this problem. Having to stop what I'm doing, open Spotify, click away the error message, and then click the skip track button is annoying, especially when I look ahead and can see I'm only going to have to do it again in 5 minutes. I love spotify to listen to music at work, while I'm doing chores at home, or entertaining friends but man, this kills spotify's appeal for all these uses.
