Viele Songs klappen online nicht

Hallo liebe Community,

ich habe die Premium version von spotify und trotzdem werden viele songs auf meinem Iphone nicht synchronisiert, sodass ich diese Songs nur mit einer bestehenenden Internetverbindung abspielen kann... woran liegt das ?

How much storage do you have left on your device? Go to Settings -> General -> About to see how much space you have left.

there is enough space available, about 2,8 Gb

Could you try to uncheck -> recheck the "Available Offline" toggle? See if that makes any difference.

If that doesn't work I would recommend doing a full reinstallation of the app.

i tried both a few times... but it doesen´t work ...

Here is a picture, the songs with the green arrow are working also in offline mode an the other one without an arrow only play if i have an internet connection ...

Those other tracks don't even show the grey arrow to show they are pending. Is that playlist definitely set to offline mode?

Could it be that you've reached the limit of 3333 offline tracks per device? Have you downloaded other playlists/is this a really long playlist?

Yes i the ofline butten is pressed .... i do not understand why there even isnt the gray arrow ....

No i dont reached the limit of 3333 songs
