Vodafone €5 Spotify

Vodafone €5 Spotify

Hi, I recently have subscribed to Spotify premium through Vodafone's most recent offer, Spotify Premium for a month and 500mb of data for €5 a month. I completed the whole subscription process with in a website owned by Vodafone, but I look at my subscription and it still says it's Spotify free!! I tried logging in and out and uninstalling the app, but nothing is happening, I disconnected all my other devices aswell but still nothing. I logged in with a Facebook account aswell. Please can you fix this as I have already passed for the 5 euro. Thank you

I'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify Support so that they can check out your account, and also Vodafone to ensure everything’s up and running smoothly from their end.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
