Vodafone AU Spotify Premium Issue

Hi,

 

I am having some issues with my free 12mth subscription to Spotify through Vodafone.  I previously had a spotify account that was linked to my vodafone account and everything was fine, but when I deleted facebook I was no longer able to use that spotify account (being that it was created through facebook) and had to create a new one, which is all working and wonderful but now Vodafone still have that old spotify account linked and keep telling me that Spotify is the only one who can fix the issue?  Basically all I need is my new Spotify account to be linked to my Vodafone account but I keep being told it's a spotify issue? Is this correct and if it is can anyone help me?

You need to reach out to Vodafone as they're the one's managing your subscription.
