Vodafone Spotify Premium Problem

Hi,

 

I am trying to get my free Spotify Premium with my Vodafone.

 

I have had Spotify Premium already and was paying per month for that.

 

I HAVE cancelled this and my account says that I have Spotify Free now.  So the cancellation would appear complete and correct.  

 

HOWEVER, when I try to get my free Spotify via the Vodafone method, it says I already have Spotify Premium and won't let me do it.

I tried it today and it just worked.  

 

Note that it SHOULD have worked earlier.  I was on free for sure.  So, some bugs in your system or Vodafone's system.  Probably Vodafone's .  They are a shambolic mess of a company.

Can you make sure that you're Free by logging in here? If you log in and your account shows as Free, just reach out to Vodafone to activate your subscription.

 

If your account shows as Premium, just cancel it and wait for your account to revert to Free on your next renewal date.
