Vodafone Yorn X and Spotify

Hey Spotify Community! Today, I started having an issue with my Spotify account in which my Premium subscription is not recognized. My status shows up as free even though my current carrier has offered Premium subscription for as long as I keep the same contract up until the 31st of December, 2016. What happens is that everything is up-to-date with Vodafone and on my carrier account it does show that my subscription is active. However, on my Spotify account both on the website and in the app it states that I am currently free. I have tried to log out, uninstall the app and install again, logged out of all devices and I even restarted my phone multiple times to no avail. Please help!

I'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify Support so that they can check out your account, and also Vodafone to ensure everything’s up and running smoothly from their end.
