Vodafone cancelled my Premium Account

Vodafone cancelled my Premium Account

Can someone please help as I am being driven mad by poor customer service...

 

Vodafone asked me to download their My Vodafone app, they said that if I did so, it would give me an extra 1Gb of data each month... therefore I did!  That is when things got annoying, as what they didn't tell me, is that by doing that, my contract changed on their systems and automatically sent a cancellation to Spotify, even though I am still paying £9.99 a month and MyVodafone says that I have Spotify Premium.

 

As I have proof that I have made payment and Vodafone show that I should have access to Spotify premium, I think it's Spotify that needs to change their systems to reflect this... but how do I get in touch with Spotify and why have I needed to do all this work, when none of it is my fault!?! Aaaarrgghhhh!!!

Please can you reach out to Vodafone directly as they should be abe to help you as they manage the subscription on the concerned account.
