Can someone please help as I am being driven mad by poor customer service...
Vodafone asked me to download their My Vodafone app, they said that if I did so, it would give me an extra 1Gb of data each month... therefore I did! That is when things got annoying, as what they didn't tell me, is that by doing that, my contract changed on their systems and automatically sent a cancellation to Spotify, even though I am still paying £9.99 a month and MyVodafone says that I have Spotify Premium.
As I have proof that I have made payment and Vodafone show that I should have access to Spotify premium, I think it's Spotify that needs to change their systems to reflect this... but how do I get in touch with Spotify and why have I needed to do all this work, when none of it is my fault!?! Aaaarrgghhhh!!!
