Vodafone contract package and spotify

OK 3weeks so far trying to sort this out. Basically I have premium with my new contract and my new Samsung s6 edge 4g fone however I can only use the free version. Coda say everything is OK their end and it's showing that I'm using premium, when I'm not !! I have done as spotify suggested abd wiped all cache n history, uninstallwd then reinstalled with new user name etc etc, but still only free version avail. Plc plc help sort this out once abs for all. Totally not impressed with voda and have told them so top also emailed them bout it.
