I had an account through Vodafone I then renewed my account with them but when I subscribed it gave me another account loosing all my playlists which I had carefully chosen and started a new account ? If I Try and go into my old account it seems blocked ? And my subscription paid through them as part of my package will only let me use my new account with no music in it ? How do I get my old account back and get this paid through my Vodafone account ? Any ideas ?
You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.
