Im supposed to have the full account because of them, and first of all my account has a weird name and its not mine haha and secondly its not premium, can you help me out? ive used the iphone and a desktop in the navigator and its not working properly

We've had a look at your account and can confirm that no Premium subscription hasn't been activated by Vodafone. We'd recommend getting in touch with them directly so they can assist you.
