Vodafone issues, they claim I'm a Premium member

Vodafone issues, they claim I'm a Premium member

After upgrading my account and getting Spotify premium included in my Vodafobe tariff, I've followed all the links provided and always get a message back from them saying that my account is already a Premium account, but once it's run out, to try and follow the link again. Well my Premium account run out 6 days ago, and I still receive this error. I've been online to Vodafone everyday for the past 4 days, they have reset everything they're end, but I still receive the error. I went in store yesterday, and they have taken it to the next level up on the technical team, and after all of that, I still receive the error. Can it be checked from Spotify's end to make sure the account was closed correctly and is functioning right?

Hey! Hope you are doing well! 

1.All you need to do is check your account settings. Click on the link below:

https://www.spotify.com/my-en/account/overview/

2.Login using your account credentials that you used for Spotify. 

3. Next, review the box to the right of "Profile". In that box, it will tell you what type of subscription you have. You can change the subscription by clicking on "View Options".
