Vodafone red plan spotify premium disappeared

Hey Ive been on my new contract with Vodafone for just over a month and I have had spotify premium included. Today I attemted to disconect my facebook from the account and it ended up logging me out  - when I logged back in spotify premium was gone and I only have the free version. Does anyone know how to correct this as I have another 11 months of premium?

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
