I previously had spotify premium and it worked.
I got an upgraded vodafone package with free spotify premiun.
as instructed i cancelled my subscription, and followed vodafone link to get free spotify.
Spotify account is now only standard and not premium
Vodafone customer service suggessted reinstall app... useless.

I'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify Support so that they can check out your account, and also one more time with Vodafone to ensure everything’s up and running smoothly from their end.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
