Vodafone + spotify premium

hi, I activated the promotion your X 5GB vodafone(portugal) with spotify free for one year; I followed the activation process; Vodafone claims that the promotion is active; on spotify it is not active. I spoke with many operators Vodafone to fix it but they tell me to contact you.

I think there was a problem during activation.
May you contact me in private and see what happened, Please?

Hey @rikfru,

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 
If your subscription appears as Free, you probably need to link again your Spotify account to Vodafone.
