Vodafone + spotify

I purchased my premium subscription through Vodafone, like I do every month, for €5 of my credit. It took my money, vodafore sent me a confirmation text about the payment and that my account was ready to use, yet still spiritual is claiming I'm a 'free user'. This has been going on for several days with no avail.

The following steps should help solve your problem, if one does, please do not try any others.

  • Be sure to activate your subscription through Vodafone's SMS to you.
  • Try signing in and out of your account.
  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
    • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
    • If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify emailed you.
    • Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
  • Try reinstalling Spotify, following these steps.
