WD TV Spotify (facebook linked account) login problem

Hi 

I am using spotify premium through my Facebook account.

I am trying to connect to spotify through WDTV live, but it is not working. Only Spotify premium account can use WDTV and I have a premium account.

I have tried in different ways, by logging with the associated email, the FB login/password combination, the app specific spotify password (created through facebook), and the numeric username (that is available in my spottify interface, something like 1145965xxx).

Is there a documented way to login to Spotify with WDTV with a facebook linked account ?
