WHY AM I BEING CHARGED?!

I have a free account and noticed this month that I'm being charged 9.99. I have filled out a contact form TWICE and replied to the automated response TWICE. No one has contacted me yet. I do not want this service, I never want to see my card charged again, and I've deleted all forms of spotify from all of my devices. All I want is to resolve this issue.

Hey kypatel, I've had a look and it looks like someone from our team got back to you on the 31st.

 

Can you check to see if you received that email? Make sure you look in any junk/spam filters, just in case.

 

If you're not seeing anything, let us know and we'll resend the email.

Hi,

on the 16th Feb I have subscribed to the 0.99 offer. Unhappily, on the 16th March Spotify charged me with 9,99 euros, without any notice.

I am now trying to have my money back, since I should start paying for the Premium service in May, buy nobody seems to help.

Customer support continues to ask me for proofs of payment, and avoids my questions or my emails.

I am very upset by this situation, mainly because I believe that you should treat your customers with respect and dignity.

I do not understand why I shouldn't have my money back, since it was taken with no reason.

I really hope somebody can solve my issue, or I'll procede with further action.

I am having the same issue and I've sent a couple messages without any reply back from spotify. I have not been able to use the premium service at all and I even tried to upgrade my account just to cancel my subscription but my account will not let me upgrade. I am still receiving charges for $9.99 on my paypal account but cannot cancel my subscription to premium because my account has never been been premium. PLEASE HELP!

I have been charged €12.99 for three months even though I have had a free subscription only.
The format to speak with Spotify is very unprofessional and a dedicated support team should be established.

Can I receive correspondence on this matter please?

i tried signing up for the student discount twice and it didn't go through then I made a new account and proceeded to do the same. it still didn't work and both accounts remained free. but when I checked my account I was charged FOUR TIMES. I filled out a form and sent it in. I'm scared I'll be charged a FIFTH TIME so I'm cancelling my card on Tuesday if this problem doesn't get solved by then

I decided to sign up for the student discount.  However, I recieved and "oops" from spotify when I tried to verify that I am a student.  I tried doing this several times and got the same "oops".  Went back and tried doing everything again.  As it turned out, I had to type my credit card information in again.  I did so thinking, albeit naively, that "they won't charge me twice."  Long story short, I kept getting "oops", I have been charged twice, and I still have no premium.  

 

Moral: I've changed my mind about getting spotify premium, and I want my money back. 

I am getting charged 9.99 a month and I canceled my trial and I'm getting tired of this deduction when I canceled the service I want a refund for all the months you deducted my account when I no longer have the service!!!

Hi so I got charged 65 php but I still had to verify that I'm a student, I still don't have my Premium.
