WON'T LET ME CANCEL PREMIUM!

I am currently trying to cancel my premium subscription via the website and it will not let me! I've clicked through 3 times and it doesn't work. Where it says to 'enter your password below' to verify, there is no where to enter my password. Someone please help. 😞

Can you try using another browser or clearing cookies and cache and then trying it again?
