WRONG FACEBOOK ACCOUNT LINKED TO SPOTIFY ACCOUNT

The wrong Facebook Account is linked to this Spotify Account. I have sent numerous emails to you all with no response. In addition I have tried the suggestions in the help center and they DO NOT WORK! It is impossible to find a contact number so I am writing in the hope that you will FINALLY help me.

The Facebook account linked to this spotify account is incorrect and belongs to another person in my family. I have logged into Spotify from my computer numerous times and clicked deactivate facebook account but when I log back in using the Spotify Account information and NOT the facebook information it shows that the facebook account is still linked to the spotify account. It has been over 24 hours since I have attempted to deactivate. In addition the facebook Account linked to this Spotify Account does not have login information aside from the facebook information as when the account was created a facebook linked account was the only option. Thus, it appears that the facebook account has been completely deleted and every time the person attempts to login to Spotify using their facebook she is automatically sent to this Spotify account and is unable to access any of her playlists.

What is your Spotify username @JBLOCK ? If it is "JBLOCK" I can confirm that account is no longer connected to Facebook - in which case it is just your app displaying old data which will probably fix itself or you could speed things along with a clean reinstall:
