Want to Deactive my FB but keep my Spotify premium account HOW DO I DO THIS??? help please

hi everyone i had deactivated my FB account and hoping since i pay for Spotify it wouldnt matter and it would just let me sign in with my email address. Yup Sure didnt. Spotify reactivated my FB account. How do i fix this? or can i? will i just have to cancel my spotify subscription and start new? Help  please! Thank you!
