I'm living in Iceland with my son but we are staying temporarily in France. I wanted to add him to my Premium family plan, but can't set his account to Iceland as we are currently located in France.

So I thought I would just move my account to France, but to do that I need to have a French credit card, which I obviously don't have!

What can I do?
