Want to cancel my premium, but it says my account is free?

I signed up for the Christmas deal of 3 months for 99p. Now that period of time has come to an end, I want to cancel my subscription so I am not charged full price for the following months. However, when I log into my account, it says my subscription is free. I do not want to be charged. What can I do to cancel my subscription?
