Want to change my Premium account to Student. I thought this was done 3 months ago.

How do I get my premium account switched to Student account. I have been enrolled At Front Range Community College in Fort Collins Colorado since January 2016 and still being charged for Premium service.

You can verify yourself as a student here.

The discount will then be applied at the next billing period.
