My Question or Issue

Hi there, 

I am currently using Spotify and paying through Vodafone, in Ireland, at €8.99 p/m. 

I want to sign up to Duo account to cover me and my wife in one payment, though, because i am using Vodafone offer, it wont allow me, or says i am not eligible. 

Any tips on how to proceed, i would be very grateful.

Since another company manages your subscription, you need to cancel with them before changing your plan. You can find their details on your account page.
