If you're trying to subscribe back to Premium, you will have to cancel your Family subscription first and let it expire. You can cancel it here: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/
After your Family subscription expired, you can subscribe to Premium at https://spotify.com/premium 🙂

If you do cancel the family subscription and then go to a premium account again, what happens to all your downloaded music, playlists, etc?
