Want to use Spotify, but done with Facebook and Twitter

I am sick of facebook and twitter so I am not wanting to use either of them ever again.  However, my Spotify account is linked to facebook.  I deactivated my facebook, but everytime I try to use Spotify it reactivates it, thus frustrating me profusely.  How can I unlink my facebook account for good?

And ytes, I searched for this in the FAQ and the solution was most certainly out of date.

Please help.

Hi there and welcome to the community,

The Support team should be able to disconnect Facebook from your account. They can be reached by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you Jordi.  I had trouble finding that contact form so that is why I posted it.  Just some feedback they might want to put the link to that form at a more accessible place.

is the auto-reply email you were referring to from Community Mailer?

Sorry this is terribly confusing when I get 5 emails from Spotify at once.

No, that email is from Lithium (these forums). I mean the e-mail you have received right after you have used the contact form.

It's the email with this subject: "Spotify Case: #12345678 ..... ref:_.....
