Was a happy premium for 2months then suddenly free

Got Spotify premium right away in August. About 2 weeks ago I noticed I couldn't pick songs and it says I'm under free. I tried upgrading again with the same payment didn't work. Tried reinstalling didn't work. Sent an email didn't get a response. You guys really don't have a phone number to help your customers with all these issues? Please help asap I'm tired of trying to figure this out on my day off
