Was a rogers Spotify account holder now having issues with the changeover

Hello, 

 

I had Spotify premium via rogers wireless, but it switched me to free service and you dont offer VISA DEBIT 

How do i get my premium back and payments  via my VISA DEBIT? 

The date notified as Feb 18th for the switch over and yet you all did it on the 1st 

PLEASE HELP ME 🙂

You can check which payment methods are currently available by doing the following: 

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.

If it still doesn't work, you could still try to do it via PayPal. For that to work, however, you need to hook up your card to your PayPal account though.
