Was auto billed after cancelling premium over 3 months ago

 I was still billed for spotify after i was expecting it to run out yesterday. I had sotify during the new years eve promotion for 1$ for 3 months and I cancelled the subscription back then and another time about a week ago. Is it possible to get a refund? Does anyone know how to solve this issue.
