Was charged but not confirmed as a premium

Was charged but not confirmed as a premium

I subscribed and confirmed credit card info and was charged 10 reais ( local wealth) for the FREE MONTH, and Spotify did not confirmed my payment. Need my money back or fix the problem .

Hi @Adrianogxavier thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

 

You shouldn't have been charged from the beginning if you've clicked on a link for a free trial month. However, when Spotify charge you there will be evidence in the form of receipts viewable in your account here, which you should have received by text or email (depending on the information Spotify have of you, you can check that here). Have you got receipts in there at all? 

 

In my account for example when I first signed up for premium I received a receipt for £0.00, with the charge taking place every month afterwards. Is this true of your account? 

 

If not then reach out to Spotify Care through this contact form and ask for some help, which they'll gladly oblige.

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
