Was in process of cancelling my account and but was charged while on the cancellation screen.

As good as a service as spotify is, I unfortunately use a large number of devices (i.e. greater than three allowed) and this has made it problematic.

 

My premium account was due to renew today, but while I was in the process of actually cancelling the account I left the computer while on the cancllation page - yet spotify has still gone ahead and applied the charge.

 

Given it's still the 16/3 is it possible to have that charge reversed and have the cancellation take effect today?
