We have separate accounts but it's like we share one

We have separate accounts but it's like we share one

My sister and I have separate accounts however if one person is streaming music and another starts it cancels the first streamer and yes we do share Wi-Fi however, hot spotting my PC does fix this as far as I'm aware however this is not the case for my phone and this is not a suitable solution 

this has been happening for a while now.



(this is my 4th attempt at posting this due to errors)

Hey @Uncleboxhead!

Thanks for coming to the Community.

I'd recommend logging out of the Spotify app on every device you're experiencing this issue on. After you've done that, log into the app again using your account credentials.
