We have set up Family Premium but I can't log in...

Solved!

We have set up Family Premium but I can't log in...

as the followng message comes up:

"We couldn't add you to Premium for Family as your account needs to be based in the same country as the owner of the Premium for Family subscription."

We lived in Ireland 7 years ago, but my email is a gmail.com email address.  Can I change to log in with Facebook to try and get round this?

I'd recommend making sure that your account's country setting is set to the right country 🙂
