Web Player ''Sorry couldn't find that''

Hi! So I've been trying to log in spotify's web player and everytime that I log in it says ''sorry couldnt find that''. I use google chrome and I had previously use spotify web player on it so I really dont know what couldve happened for it to stop working.

I have spotify premium for family,I live in USA and my computer has windows 7.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify?

I'm trying to log in the web player so I dont need to reinstall the app!

And I have already restarted the devices
